Random turtle we saw at the zoo.  seriously how awesome is this??????

Well, I got to go see Keely.  She is adorable and totally hip.  I came home and promptly became ill. (at least I waited)
Next week we are going to New Mexico to visit Arts parents.  I have never been there so I am very excited to go.  (My cat is being very needy right now -rubbing his head against the side of my laptop)
Well, here are some pictures since thats what you all want.  :)

Ellen, me and Keely                                                   and at Stockholm Inn

Art cousin came to visit with her 2 kids so this is Kara, Levi, and Dante (Allan and Emily's baby) and I love this picture  because it looks like Levi is drowning in babies!

This is just me and Art looking old, but I like it anyway.   ;)

Oh sweet September

My brother became a dad today.  the world is spinning soooo fast!  I am excited to have become and aunt and am ready to begin the spoiling.  We will be visiting the great state of California this Christmas and cannot wait.
Art and I are doing well.  Taking one day at a time.  We have moved again.  It seriously has become an annual event.  Every spring I start saving boxes without knowing why.  our new place is on main street in Ellicott City,MD.  We are living above an art gallery in a huge studio.  It is very awesome.  We are enjoying getting used  to living alone again.  It has been a couple years since we have not had a roommate.  Pros and cons definitely.  We miss the company, but like the solitude.  To combat our loneliness we have people over all the time and plan sleep overs with our friends.  :)  You are never too old to have a sleep over with friends. ...
Art is teaching again.  He is an ESOL  teacher in Howard County.  I think he really likes it, but it is a ton of work and a whole new perspective on life.  He has gone from weeks on the road to getting random hugs from 5 year olds at their elementary school.  I am still at the dental office, but will be finishing up there at the end of Nov.  I cannot wait.  The future holds a few months of child care and part time jobs and then my nursing program that I hope to start in May.  ( I am applying right now).
I will have to get some pictures of our place up.  We are having some issues with internet access.  Life is good.  It is too short to waste time.
Oh, we are at a new church now.  Art was asked to lead worship a few weeks at a church plant in our area and basically we never left.  He is leading every week now.  It is such a huge blessing to us to be surrounded by people who crave what we do.  And with a church plant there is always something to be done so we stay busy and it is wonderful!
Until next time...

Long time.
Things are going well here.  I am very excited about the end of the school year coming up.  I am already making plans for going to bed at like 8pm every night for a month and grocery shopping for hours on end because I don't have anywhere else to be.  Life will be good.  We have had a lot of good times since my last post.  My mom and sister came to visit and we have had some friends around.  good times.
We got some free sofas from a coworker the other day.  It was so funny because she started the sentence with "I don't mean to offend you, but ..."  I love that people think of me as being poor and want to give me free stuff, but kind of feel like giving me free stuff is offensive because I am not a 20 year old college student anymore.    It is kinda nice and funny.  It leaves us with some good stories too.  so some pictures to end with.

Art just found a bar in Annapolis, MD (the Weather Rail) that is flying in Giordano's pizza for the Superbowl on Sunday.  Needless to say whatever the circumstances, we will be there!   Just a little FYI action...
